Magickal Life Meditation

Take a deep breath. Allow yourself to relax. Feel the tension leave your body. Breathe. Let the anxieties leave your mind. As you continue breathing, let peace into your heart and soul, and travel to the source of your power, your inner temple. Ground yourself in its familiar energies. Relax, and breathe.

Once you have grown comfortable, look around your inner temple. Find the Gateway of Journeying. It may appear to you as a door, an archway or a portal. However it appears to you, it is correct. This is where we will begin our journey.

Now look to where the portal is leading. See the activities, and places, or your everyday life. As you cross the threshold, you feel a tingle of energy, and become an observer to your life. Home, friends, work, school, family: these common interactions play out before you. You are also aware of the feelings and emotions that accompany these moments. Take stock of these, and acknowledge them.

If you ever feel as though you are becoming overwhelmed, ground yourself. In this moment, you are but an outside observer to your life. You are in your place of power, and nothing can harm you. Breathe deep, and relax.

Recall the tingle of energy that you felt as you passed through the gateway. When you entered this lace, you brought with you the magickal energies of your inner temple. Focus now on these energies. Infuse them into the reality you see before you, and, by extension, into your reality. Imbue your everyday life with magickal potential.

When you have finished, find your way back to the portal, and step back into your inner temple. Ground yourself, andlet go of any energies that you believe will not help you achieve the greatest good. Breathe deep, and become aware of your heart. Bring your mind back into focus. Breathe deeply a few more times, and become aware of your body.. When you are ready, open your eyes.
